ING Thailand insurance Some brokers are not to be trusted

I am writing this blog to inform people I had a very bad experience with ING Thailand.I bought a policy from someone who at the time was a work collegue and former friend who lied to me about the terms of the policy.I have since found out that her name as a broker was not on the documents I signed but a man who is a broker there but I have never even met! Everything was always in Thai language and they refused to give me an English version until I paid over the 5 year term.I was told by them I would get the money back 6 years,they then informed me it was 20 years!
Just to warn people in Thailand especially expats be very careful of ING,their selling practices are very suspect in my opinion,there are other better companies around in Thailand like Prudential.

Bangkok Thailand Hotels-Pan Pacific Hotel
